Electromagnetic heating units for oil wells

Induction heating units are widely used in the oil and gas industry to heat crude oil, natural gas and their well products in oil and gas gathering and transmission systems. This heating procedure is designed to ensure that the applicable product reaches the temperature required by the technical platform and meets the requirements of the system to enable its transport, settling, separation, dewatering, primary processing, etc. Induction heating units are a special type of equipment widely used in oil and gas transport systems, with a wide range of models, full configurations, compact structures, full functionality and a wide range of applications. Compared to traditional heating devices (which rely on fuel combustion), we believe that our electromagnetic heating skid mounted systems have the following technical features and advantages:

(i) High efficiency and energy savings are achieved by reaching a heating core temperature of over 100°C within twenty seconds of switching on the unit. Balanced magnetic circuit design produces uniform heat and high heat exchange efficiency. Under the same conditions, more than 30% energy saving and 1/2 to 2/3 shorter preheating time than resistance heating method.

(ii) The equipment is stable and durable, the coil itself does not heat up and has a long service life (almost the same as the life of the pipe).

(iii) Flexible configuration is possible as the equipment can be equipped with an optional PID thermostat, RS485 communication interface and standard Mod-bus communication protocol, or a wireless DTU module to facilitate the establishment of a communication platform for the user.

We have incorporated eco-friendly design techniques into the product design process of our induction heating units in order to reduce environmental pollution and energy resource consumption. In addition, the design aims to minimise the material consumption of the packaging while meeting the demands of the product. The storage, logistics and transport of the ancillary components or raw materials for our induction heating units have also been optimised to achieve intelligent, informative and convenient energy-saving solutions and to reduce pollutant emissions.

Compared to traditional gas or electric heating units, our induction heating units are more energy efficient and environmentally friendly, saving electricity compared to other heating units currently on the market. In addition, we have developed a solar-powered photovoltaic electromagnetic dual-effect heating unit, making this model even more energy-efficient and thus reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
