In recent years, the company has developed residual differential pressure generation technology for expanders, and our in-house engineers and technicians believe that the successful practical application of this technology will result in an economic and return on investment for such products that will exceed the expectations of the end user.


The process of generating electricity from the residual pressure and differential pressure of the expander can be understood as follows: after the natural gas has passed through the turbine expander, the centrifugal force of the high-speed rotating impeller increases the distance between the gas molecules, the gas expands and the temperature decreases, while the gas pressure energy is converted into mechanical energy, which is transferred to the coaxial generator for electricity generation and finally delivered off the grid.


Our expanders are supported by a fan, a supercharger, a compressor, a motor and a brake for the generator. Of these, the generator centripetal turbine expander acts as both the power machinery and the oil pump supply unit.



The main advantages of our residual differential pressure generation technology include, for example, optimisation of the original pressure reduction method, recovery of electrical energy, short payback period, significant income from electricity generation and cooling, low self-consumption of hydroelectricity, high automation, low labour requirements due to unattended operation, simple connection to the grid with minimal impact on the grid and high efficiency (10% higher efficiency relative to screw machines).



We have designed and manufactured residual pressure power generation units for expanders. We have also exported hydrogen peroxide tail gas recovery units to Turkey for use in the power generation of expanders.
